Delivery Time

     customgochic.com aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible! As an item may be sourced from different places, delivery times may vary.
     Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (Standard Or Expedited).

       1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
      2) Shipping Time include a 2-5 days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

Order Tracking

    After your order is finished, your order information will be sent directly to our factory and warehouse, and we will deliver the goods for you after it is finished. You will get a logistics tracking code. Please enter your tracking code on the "track your order" page of this website to query the real-time status of the order.
     If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.

Missed Delivery

    Note: On Mondays - Fridays, our friendly couriers strive to make deliveries happen between 9am - 6pm however timings may vary. So do look out for them!
     Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
